Did you know that New Orleans is the largest city in Louisiana and one the country’s biggest ports? It’s famous for the French and Spanish elements that can be seen in the architectural style throughout the city. We have the highest number of historic districts, the Superdome—the largest enclosed arena in the world, home to where jazz was born, mouth-watering beignets, and creole cuisine. We are also home to the Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s Boudin, Bourbon & Beer—a fantastic event that warrants a trip to stay with us this fall!
Boudin, Bourbon & Beer will be taking place November 3, 2017 from 6pm-10:30pm at Champions Square in New Orleans. This incredible and very popular event brings a star-studded musical lineup, 60 of the nations top chefs, craft beers, spirits, and fine wine, and so much more. This is hands down one of the best food and beverage festivals you can attend here in NOLA. If you have never heard of Boudin before (pronounced boo-dan), it is a famous sausage from Cajun country. Using it as the spotlight ingredient, each chef will be bringing his or her own twist to provide guests with the ultimate culinary experience. Abita Beer will be on hand featuring its famous flagship brews like Abita Amber and Turbodog. And if it couldn’t get any better, you’ll find dessert tasting stations, a premium cigar bar, an exclusive silent auction, and more. Music will be provided by Nathanial Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Langhorne Slim & The Law, Kristin Diable & The City, and The Silverado Pickups.
